This was my first time at TaxFam. They were professional and fast. I loved the waiting room and the person at the front desk took all my documents to scan them before the accountant saw me. I do have a rental property, so my taxes are more than my W-2s and I was satisfied with the process. They filed my taxes and I got my refund within a week. My only issue is that the next day, I realized I forgot to include my charitable giving. I emailed the office, but never got a response if they could amend my taxes. Otherwise, I would recommend.
