Wow if I could leave 10 stars I would do that. Situation: shower drain leak into downstairs neighbors bathroom. Neighbor claims sheetrock damage and mold. The Incredible Handyman responds asap. Assures me he can handle mold, not to worry, he's got this, and the drain. Texts me he's on the way. Arrives on time, with mold treatment chemicals. Assesses the situation both units. Sends photos. Calls with a price and time frame. Goes to Home Depot and plumbing store. Completes job. Has my tenant witness his explanation to neighbor that there IS NO MOLD damage from my unit. Calls me with detailed explanation. Sends pictures. Offers to return at no charge if mold found later. Problem solved in 4 hours. A pleasure to pay him ASAP by PayPal. This man has got his $&$@ together, and knows his stuff. This is old school customer service, people! Resolution: a very happy customer and a loyal client. HIRE HIM, YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Pleasant man. On time. Very fair priced. Got the job done quickly but was very sloppy. They got grout all over my baseboards and I had to clean them up and paint myself. I probably should have paid more to have them removed before the tile was installed. Had this been discussed before hand, it could have worked out differently. The job came out great but it was a lot more work for me than I had planned.

Details: Floor • 101 - 200 sq ft • Yes, laminate, vinyl, or linoleum needs to be removed • Concrete • Ceramic • No; but I will buy the tiles myself
