FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the space and the complexity of the installation. Areas like bathrooms, textured walls, or designs that require special techniques (such as double cuts or overlapping panels) may have additional costs. I also have a minimum service fee for small projects. If wallpaper requires paste application or extra preparation, that will be included in the estimate. I always aim to be transparent with pricing and will explain everything clearly before starting. I also offer discounts in certain cases, such as larger projects or when wallpaper is purchased directly through me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the client’s vision and the space they want to transform. I usually ask for photos or videos of the area, along with wall measurements and details about the wallpaper (type, brand, and installation method). Once I review everything, I provide an estimate and guidance on materials if needed. If the client would like, I can also visit in person to take precise measurements. On installation day, I ensure proper wall preparation and a clean, precise installation, always focusing on detail and a high-quality finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in interior design and visual arts, which allows me to understand not only installation but also how wallpaper enhances a space. In addition, I have years of hands-on experience working with different types of wallpaper, including textured, murals, peel & stick, and high-end materials.
