Hercs heros installed 10 windows and 2 sliders with ESW hurricane impact windows. From start to finish I have been very happy with the results.
The crew doing the work has shown up on time, covered everything, cleaned up at end of the day and have been 100% professionals.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to for this company. I’m a grandmother with a busy household, and when my AC went out, I knew I needed help quick. From the very first phone call, Jocelyn in the call center was so kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions, explained things in a way I could understand, and really made me feel taken care of. Austin also followed up with me and made sure everything was on track, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Not long after getting the new AC unit, I decided it was finally time to replace my old roof with tile. I thought it was going to be a stressful process, but honestly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. The installers were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The roof looks beautiful, and the new AC has made such a difference in keeping my home cool for me and my grandkids.
What stood out to me most is that everyone I spoke to treated me with respect, like I actually mattered. These days, that’s rare. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m so grateful I chose them. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work and people who truly care.

As a mother of six, finding a company I can truly trust is not easy—especially after having a bad experience with a big name company that was unprofessional and left me feeling taken advantage of. When I found Herc’s Heroes, everything changed for the better.
I had my entire home done with impact protection: 12 windows, 1 sliding glass door, 1 single entry door, and even my garage door. From the start, Carmelo was my rep, and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and really took the time to make sure I understood my options. He also went above and beyond to help me get the approval I needed from my HOA, which I had been nervous about handling on my own.
The crew was just as impressive—they arrived when they said they would, kept everything clean, and worked hard to finish the job right. I had a great experience! everyone was exceptionally professional and pleasant. They helped me be able to get my roof and windows done which has been something I've wanted for a long time but hadn't been able to afford, their programs helped me and i felt confidence in their competence and skill. everything was quick, clear and stress-free.
