FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client starts with reassuring them that I’m fully equipped to handle almost any irrigation issue they may have. I schedule an appointment to review the system, identify any problems, and provide an estimate. When possible, I complete the repair on the spot—depending on time and materials. If not, I schedule the job for the next available time slot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In terms of education and training, most of my knowledge comes from extensive on-the-job experience throughout various positions in the irrigation field. I’ve learned directly in the field, working hands-on with a wide range of systems and situations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in irrigation working for a small company that focused on residential properties. Later, I joined a company that specialized in commercial systems, and eventually moved on to a larger company that handled both residential and commercial work. That experience gave me a strong foundation across all types of irrigation systems.
