FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an in person meeting to discuss my clients concerns and review the legal issues and concerns; as well as detail out our strategy to achieve the best result possible for the client. Also discuss the financial implications and payment plans available. I am willing to work with all who need legal representation and have the ability to craft and design a personal payment plan that will fit any budget!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous 5 years employed in private firms in South Florida. Graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law where I was a member of the Law Review. While a member, I was published four times, including a full journal article in the Journal of Legal Medicine, as well as a co-authored writing in the Illinois Bar Journal. A "native" of South Florida with a great understanding of the culture, people, and a great working relationship with all county courts clerks and Judges - with particular emphasis in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami Dade and Collier counties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for private firms for over 5 years, it became my time to start a firm of my own.
