- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are free and onsite: we measure in person and give you one exact written price — no ballpark pricing. Turf repairs include a free onsite assessment, and there is no minimum job size for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free onsite visit to measure your space and talk through how you will use it. You get one exact written price. On install day, every job is built on our method: 6-inch edging, a poured 3x3x3-inch concrete border, full weed barrier, and turf glued to the border with 15-year-warrantied glue instead of steel spikes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience installing artificial turf since 2020 — more than 5 years of turf installation work across residential and commercial projects.
