I was having a lot of trouble with my laptop. I unfortunately was passed my warranty. Seeing I'm a student, and mom of 6, money isn't a luxury. Replacing the unit was not in my budget, nor was paying geek squad or some other "known" company to assist with the issue. Jason was very professional . He explained theories on what could be causing the issues , in language I could understand, (I'm not computer savy). With each theory he gave me a estimated cost. I was confident I was made aware of possible outcomes. Much to my pleasure he was able to wipe and rewrite the system. I had it back in a couple days. The issues have been resolved . He even took time to save my pictures, music, and personal files to disk (hard copies), even after he reinstalled them to the unit. I'm not an expert in anyway when it comes to technology, but this experience taught me a few things. He took the time to explain general maintenance that could prevent future issues, and save me money from repairs. That alone was worth the very reasonable fee he charged. I would recommend his work to anyone who needs it.

Jason came to my house and helped me with my computer , he was very helpful and walked me through everything in a very short amount of time. Highly Recomend him, Was very satisfied!
