FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe photography is an investment in memories that will only grow more valuable over time, which is why I offer collections designed to fit a variety of needs while still delivering a high-quality experience and timeless imagery. My pricing is based on several factors including session type, coverage time, location, travel, editing time, and overall project details. Every gallery is personally hand-edited by me — I do not use AI culling or editing — which allows me to maintain natural tones, authentic emotion, and consistent quality throughout every image. I’m always transparent about pricing upfront so there are no hidden surprises. For weddings and larger events, I also offer customizable packages to better fit each couple’s vision and priorities. Occasionally, I offer seasonal mini sessions, weekday specials, or limited-time promotions throughout SWFL, so I always recommend reaching out early, especially during busy wedding and sunset beach seasons, as dates can book quickly. Most importantly, when clients book with Gallery75, they’re not just paying for photos — they’re investing in experience, storytelling, professionalism, and memories that will last for generations. Monies paid for services rendered are non-refundable, as opinions regarding the artistic style, editing, or final work product are subjective in nature. Once services have been performed and delivered, refunds will not be issued based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to make things feel easy, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. I begin by getting to know each client — learning about their vision, style, personalities, and what moments matter most to them. I want every session or wedding to feel personal and authentic, not overly posed or rushed. Once we discuss details like location, timing, and overall vibe, I help guide clients through the planning process with recommendations for lighting, outfits, timelines, and ideal locations to create the best possible experience and photos. During the session, I focus on creating a relaxed environment where genuine emotion can naturally happen. I gently guide posing when needed while also capturing candid, in-between moments that often become favorites. After the session, I personally hand-edit every gallery myself using Lightroom to maintain natural tones, beautiful lighting, and a timeless feel — I do not use AI editing or culling. My goal is always to deliver images that feel authentic, emotional, and true to the moment. Most importantly, I want clients to walk away not only loving their photos, but also loving the experience itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I’ve spent over 20 years developing my skills behind the camera through hands-on experience, continuous education, and real-world client work. I’ve had a camera in my hand since I was 2 years old, which gave me a very natural eye for lighting, composition, emotion, and storytelling from an early age. Over the years, I’ve invested heavily in learning professional photography techniques, camera mastery, lighting, posing, editing, and client experience. I also stay current with evolving photography trends, Lightroom editing techniques, and modern wedding and portrait workflows while maintaining a timeless, natural editing style. Beyond technical training, I believe one of my greatest strengths comes from experience — working with weddings, families, children, large groups, events, and fast-moving moments has taught me how to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and capture genuine emotion naturally. Photography is more than a job to me — it’s something I truly love and continue to grow in every single year.
