- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 2020 prices have changed across the board in the industry as well as here at Caloosahatchee Cowboy Charters. Rates in 2020 are as follows: Back Bay for 1-3 people 4 hours $450 6 hours $700 8 hours $900 TARPON Fishing for 1-3 people 6 hour $750 10 hour $1250 12 hour $1500 Offshore/nearshore for 1-3 people $575: 4 hrs $675: 5 hrs $750: 6 hrs $1000: 8 hrs $1250: 10 hrs $1500: 12 hrs Extra anglers 4th $50 5th $100 6th $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most commonly people call or text to ask a few questions on what to bring, where we meet, what time, and what we will fish for. I generally direct customer to my webpage to make reservations after our conversation is over. It is super easy and convenient for both my self and the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years experience, thousands of hours spent searching and fishing all over and tons of different conditions.
