Introduction: I offer self-defense training, body and mind awareness. I develop self-discipline by way of building self-confidence. The promise is that you will conduct yourself in a manner that will develop cooperation and trust between your fellow students and your teacher. You shall be honest in exercise and with integrity. Before you begin, you must understand that this knowledge that you will be entrusted with should only be used in the defense of your life, your family and your country! Finally, my motto is courtesy!
