- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 2%-3% discount from any qualified quote. For absolute transparency and best trade practice we implement a cost + 20% on remodeling projects over $250K. Clients are welcome to entertain quotes from other subs to compare. An Educated cost guideline would always be in place to stay within budget and manage expenses, change orders, upgrades, etc. We could also produce fix cost if clients prefer. For smaller projects a fix price would be quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A nice chat via video conference! Once we are a match, then talk numbers, a deposit, a site in person visit on site, and so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from dynasties of engineers, designer builders, from architects, 6 in the family, to interior designers, geologist, developers, the works. Our playgrounds were our families construction sites, and we developed a taste for it! Major in Construction Management, worked in the trade, overseeing construction of major foundations, and seawalls at city ports, etc. then migrated to technology developing construction software as a service and then jumped into REI, mostly residential construction and remodeling.
