Working with Whyte's Flooring was the best experience. Our installers Will and Victor were on time, friendly, professional and kept the area very neat. I appreciated that the owner, Jim, came by on the first say to ensure the insallers had everything they needed to for the job and to talk to us and again on the last day to ensure we were satisfied (which we were!). Will and Victor worked as a great team and did a great job on our flooring. Would highly recommend Whyte's flooring!!

Whyte's Flooring did a fantastic job handling our large LVP flooring installation. Everybody was great from the free quote, various emails and texts, the installation, and any necessary follow up. They stood behind their guarantee when there was an extremely small problem, and came back and fixed it free of charge. The installers were friendly and professional, as well as extremely efficient. The same thing goes for the owners, who were very flexible about some choices we eventually made regarding baseboard and other options. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing and provide a quality product and a professional installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to communicate proactively to fully understand there desired outcome. 1st we schedule a time to bring samples and measure for a free estimate. 2nd we discuss scheduling; checking stock and delivery of selected material. Lastly making preparations for existing flooring removal and preparations for installation of desired flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been installing flooring for 20 plus years; both Commercial and Residential applications. We are certified in Ardex floor prep and moisture control applications. Own and operate ride on flooring removal equipments and most importantly, we are fully licensed and insured.
