- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing and provide a quality product and a professional installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to communicate proactively to fully understand there desired outcome. 1st we schedule a time to bring samples and measure for a free estimate. 2nd we discuss scheduling; checking stock and delivery of selected material. Lastly making preparations for existing flooring removal and preparations for installation of desired flooring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been installing flooring for 20 plus years; both Commercial and Residential applications. We are certified in Ardex floor prep and moisture control applications. Own and operate ride on flooring removal equipments and most importantly, we are fully licensed and insured.
