Carmen is very prepared when she comes. Always with a smile and quietly does her work. The house not only smells amazing it is really, really clean. If she is not happy how something she cleans comes out she comes back with a different product and does it over. Not to say it didn't look good in the first place Carmen even gets "the corners". So happy we found her. A clean household in Port Charlotte thanks to Carmen.
