The size of each project is different. Sometimes its hard to put a price on a big project without actually doing a walk through to see how much work needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the information on the job, then give them a price or do a walk through then give them a price. Schedule the job to be done. Then get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It doesn't take much training to make people happy. Do what they want you to get done and they will thank you for it. Its very simple.
