Introduction: I have been teaching and taking Pilates for over 15 years. Working with each clients, who each have their own mental and physical needs. It is my commitment to make sure that each client experiences Pilates the way it was taught by Joseph Pilates. The intention to Stretch, Strengthen the Core, Lengthen the Body, and Relax the mind - Head to Toe.. I love that each client has a different idea of what Pilates is and does. It is fulfilling to share the method and explain what each exercise can do and how you are to connect to it. The hard work that is put in by the client and the session that it all that you have taught clicks. That is priceless to a teacher and definitely to the Individual. A Win Win....

We offer private sessions, semi private, and group sessions. Please refer to our website for details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require that the client fill out an information form that gives me a good ides of their medical history and physical limitations that they have, if any. Every client is given a one one assessment that helps me understand they expect from their seasons with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is required each year in order to maintain your Certification Certificate up to date. Educating and learning new things with Pilates is a forever school learning. The learning and growing never stops.
