- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At RPPM, we actively strive to constantly stay educated on all things real estate. We attend seminars and workshops that focus on new rules, laws, and regulations that effect real estate in our area. We are also active members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) as well as a CFRM (Certified Florida Residential Property Manager).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally when moving to Fort Myers to attend college I saw a sign on the front door of the apartment community I was renting from that was offering a leasing administration position and 50% discount on the perspective employee’s rent as part of the compensation. As a college student working two jobs to make it that was very appealing to me. I applied and the rest is history. I ended up changing my major in college from nursing it to business management with an undergrad in marketing. 🤗 I was hooked!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with everyone from single-unit investors, to owners with portfolios of 50+ properties. Each owner has unique goals, and it’s our desire to understand and help execute on these goals on an owner-by-owner basis.
