- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every roof is different, so pricing is based on the property, roofing system, scope, roof size, accessibility, materials, and project requirements. We provide a clear estimate before you decide. Our goal is competitive pricing for a properly completed roofing system—not simply the lowest number. If multiple practical options exist, we will explain them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review your concern and property information, schedule an evaluation when needed, inspect the roof, discuss our findings, prepare a written scope and estimate, answer your questions, schedule the work if approved, and complete a final quality-control review. We work to keep customers informed throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cape Coral Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. operates under Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1330814. Our experience includes residential and commercial asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and flat or low-slope roofing. We work with Florida roofing requirements, manufacturer specifications, and appropriate permitting requirements.
