Florida Restoration acted with urgency, precision and with great customer service when called on a Sunday morning. Apparently the waterline to the ice machine in my refrigerator burst over night and wasn't shut off until I woke up to a flooded floor in the morning. A good friend of mine recommended Florida Restoration. I was giving the owners (Ryan Kennedy) phone number and called him immediately. I gave him a quick break down over the phone of our situation and explained that we needed emergency help right away. He said that he was in Naples, FL and was about an hour and a half away from my location in Cape Coral, FL. Nevertheless, he understood our critical situation and managed drop what he was doing to come to our rescue. Upon his arrival, he assisted us removing the remaining standing water in the house then explained how these processes typically work and what we were to expect. Soon after, him and his crew got to work measuring and documenting the extent of the water damage to the walls, cabinets and floors. They then set up multiple dehumidifiers and fans, began to tear out any drywall that they couldn't salvage and ordered a plumber to identify and fix the leak. Currently, Florida Restoration is doing a great job helping as we coordinate the claim with our home owners insurance . They have and are doing a really great job. Highly recommend!

I contacted Florida Restoration.com after they were recommended to me by a friend. My family has rental properties and we had a sewage backup due to the tenant flushing things down the toilet. At the time I called Florida Restoration sewage was pushing up into the toilets and showers. They arrived on site and assessed the situation, they informed me we needed to get a plumber to fix whatever was causing the back up and referred a plumbing contractor. The plumber was prompt and efficient, he ran a camera through the lines and found the blockage. They even saved the footage onto a thumb drive for me to turn into my insurance company. Florida Restoration did all of the tear out, clean up and even brought in a guy to do testing to make sure nothing was left behind from the nasty water. They sat down with me and went over the invoice, they took the time to explain each line item and helped me to send it to my homeowners insurance. Every person I worked with was top notch and couldn't have been more professional. These guys deserve the review i am writing because of the job they did. Keep up the great work and thank you Ryan for everything you did for us!

Ryan was fantastic! We hit a main water line moving into our new home on Marco Island and despite a terrible storm, Ryan was there in 30 minutes! Very professional and helpful!
