Who would have thought our heat was out in Florida?? Well, who cares?? Lol, me when it’s 45 degrees! These guys were prompt and caring and helpful. They did a pm service and later when I had an issue they were totally on top of it! Then they worked with me to fix it. I will always call them for service! It’s not often you find someone trustworthy! Thanks Nautical!

We just moved into our new home and our upstairs hvac and AC unit were not cooling properly. We had a very old system that we knew wasn’t going to last long. I reached out to Nautical Cooling and they quickly got back to me. Holly in the office was very professional and friendly she called me to inform me that Tom the owner could be there the next day to fix the issue. Tom reached out to me on his way, he showed up on time, and he was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and got my upstairs cooling again. As a new home owner, he shared lots of tips and tricks and things to look out for which I greatly appreciated! He told me what I already knew that the old system had to go, on his service call he also was able to write me an estimate for replacement in the future. Well a week later, our system failed us again and wasn’t cooling! I immediately reached out to Tom and he had a new upstairs hvac unit, outside unit, and thermostat installed the next day. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I never once felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need. Tom talked me through every step of the process. I will be using Nautical Cooling for all of our hvac/AC needs including maintenance from here on out! I cannot give them enough stars to show my appreciation! Highly recommend!

Called at 730pm because ac unit was not working, Tom was here right when he said 1 hour later checked everything and fixed my unit at a very good price. I am extremely happy to have found an honest and good ac tech. I will deff be calling for all my future tune ups and or repairs.
