Had a computer that crashed taking with it lots of pictures and documents that I wanted to retrieve. due to the nature of the crash the hard drive will have to be opened and reconstructed in a clean room facility which will probably be cost prohibitive. RLS spent several days and tried numerous methods but in the end the hard drive was unresponsive.
