I just know how irrational the prices can be and I’m currently here to pay my mortgage and eat, not to get rich. I have put together all kinds of different floors, walk in showers, tub surrounds trim and occasionally a vanity or two. I have been doing this right out of high school, it is my passion. Jeff is amazing. I would have selected all 5 qualities here--work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality, but Thumbtack permits only 3. Jeff arrived on time, handled the project efficiently, and executed the floors flawlessly. We live elsewhere, and Jeff diligently sent us photos of the project as it unfolded, ending with images of the beautiful finished floor. We are doing our stairs next and have already begun working with Jeff on this next effort. I highly recommend Jeff for all your flooring installation needs. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional--and reasonably priced on top of it all. :)

We were worried about the size of the tiles we purchased. Jeff made us feel at ease that the job was going to be done correct. We had interviewed over half a dozen people and he just made us feel comfortable with our vision and products. Work was done efficiently, quickly and clean. He worked with us as we made a few changes and had to confirm decisions along to way. Did such a great job already booked him to help with the remaining tile work we need done at the bar.

Jeff and crew installed 3200 sq ft of laminate in my historic, very diverse converted residence. There are so many obstacles, severely uneven floors, twists and elevations. I didn't think anyone could navigate it to my satisfaction. They were very mindful of containing any dust from sanding and picking after themselves. They treated my furniture as if they were museum pieces. He did a stellar job for less than the big guys. I wish I had more projects for him. My wife and I are very glad we chose Sunshine Flooring!!!
