- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you follow my facebook page, Hair by Bryan Dean, you can often find some great deals there. If you are already a client of mine, you will earn referral rewards when sending in new clients. I offer a larger reward for referrals to my hair replacement and extension referrals. I do not have different pricing for children.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the type of need. If a client has a hair cut and or color need, then they can book their first appointment with the addition of a consultation to allow us to both have time to be able to create the understanding for the look that the client would like to have. When I am working with a hair replacement, restoration, or extension client I will have to have a consultation to allow me to be able to understand the needs of the client, make the order that is needed to purchase the hair that will be needed to allow the client to achieve the look that they are going for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always attending classes to move my skill level and understanding of my craft forward. Yearly I attend the American Hair Loss Council as well as the American Board Certified Hair Colorists hair color summit. These are two large all education oriented shows that I like to attend yearly. I am always attending or working as an educator at some sort of educational event. Knowledge is power so I like to keep the knowledge moving forward.
