I began my adult professional career as a Rescue Lieutenant/ Firefighter for the county fire department. In the public service industry I did see a fair amount of people on the worst day of their life. I quickly realized that I wanted to be a part of society's happy moments and not always be involved in tragic events. I began taking photographs of my oldest daughter and began to dabble as a hobbyist photographer. Several years later I was able to turn my hobby into a dream career and in 2010 I retired from the fire department to run Sweet Serendipity Photography as a full time business.

Jaime went above and beyond to assist me with achieving my goals. I needed head shots of a new physician joining our practice but he is currently located out of our area. I found Jaime on Thumbtack and was a bit leary about hiring someone without having met them but Jaime is amazing. Her customer service is beyond compare. The ease with which she made this project is amazing. The best gift of all was/is Jaime's wonderful photos. She viewed our practice website and provided us with exactly what we needed. Sweet Serendipity Photography is just incredible. My sister used Jaime's services for her wedding 16 years ago. I hired her for my engagement and wedding photos in November. She takes the time to learn who the clients are and what exactly they desire. Jaime brought Maddie along for the wedding. Both of these women are not only very talented, but they are also presentable and professional. I will continue to use Sweet Serendipity for any photo needs in the future!

Jaime and her assistant were the sweetest and most welcoming ladies ever! They were both patient with my two boys during their Christmas Minis. They made sure my boys were comfortable and happy, and they both went out of their way to get them to smile during their session. And the turn around time for receiving our gallery was super quick, especially during this time of the year! We cant wait to book our next session with them! Keep up the great work, your hard work and dedication is truly appreciated it! :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know customers and see exactly what they are looking for in terms of their photography experience. The majority of the time this can take place via email or a phone call. I do offer in person consultaitons for wedding photography.
