Introduction: Hello. I am attorney Kevin Robertson, a former DUI and Drug Prosecutor (Assistant State Attorney) in Alachua county, Florida. Since 2006, I have been working in private practice in Gainesville, Florida. My primary area of practice is Criminal Defense. I am privileged to represent people charged with Felony or Misdemeanor crimes, including DUI charges, Drug crimes, Resisting or Obstructing Officer charges, Battery, Theft, Violent Crimes, etc. As part of my Criminal Defense practice, I also represent University of Florida students charged with Student Conduct Code Violations. I also represent victims of crime as an experienced Victim Rights Attorney, advocating for financial compensation, recovery and restitution on behalf of people whose lives have been adversely, and even tragically affected by the criminal actions of another. Additionally, I am developing my practice as a Business Lawyer and Adviser, representing business owners, start up companies and corporations. I strive to help people move forward in their lives.
