Cost was a big factor in deciding who to choose for a wind mitigation report. Amazing Home Inspections was the first to respond with a fee that fit my budget. Alejandro is an amazing inspector. He not only did a thorough inspection that included spending nearly an hour taking measurements in an airless, hot attic, he spent a lot of extra time explaining all he did in words I could understand. I told him my concerns abut the safety of my well water. Instead of charging me extra for a water inspection, he did a brief analysis of my faucet water at no charge. I know it took him at least an hour to drive to my place at no charge. I could see he loves his work. He is a co-owner with his wife. I highly recommend Amazing Home Inspections.

No charge to travel within North Central Florida! Home insurance inspections available: Roof Inspection, 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection

We can meet the client before the date of the inspection if the client prefers to discuss concerns about the property or we can meet the client at the property on the date of the inspection.
