Pam provided us with a high quality designed product and encouraged us to participate in the entire creative process. She was extremely responsive to our suggestions as she created a final piece that reflected the feel of our event as well as our organization’s brand.Jul 4, 2019

Pam created the most gorgeous and unique wedding invitations, response cards and ceremony program for my daughter's wedding. The quality and design were beyond comparison and added another layer of specialness to this memorable event. In 2012 I approached Pam asking if she would design a family reunion logo. She created 3 very distinct designs for our family to choose from. Pam took the design we had chosen and adapted it into a save the date card, invitation and for use with promotional reunion items, such as t-shirts, mugs and mouse pads. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of Pam's design, her professionalism and her willingness to adapt the design to fit our needs and timeline. In 2014 and again this year, she took my text and photos of a social work group intervention and formatted them into a visually appealing Power Point poster that I was able to print for presentation at a conference. Pam always delivered high quality design and materials, in a timely manner, well before a deadline.Apr 21, 2015Lion's Tooth Designs's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My fixed pricing always includes a couple of design ideas to choose from, all paints and materials, and travel expenses within a 150 mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I consult with the client to identify what they are looking for in their design. At this point, if agreed, we sign a contract for the work and a 50% deposit is applied to the contract. Then I go back to my studio and work up a smooth draft of a design. When completed, I review the design with the client, and make any revisions needed. When approved, I begin the artwork. Half way through completion, another 25% of the payment is due. Once completed, the balance of the payment is expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BFA in Graphic Design. Since 1979, I have been working as a designer, fine artist, illustrator, painter, and art educator in both an permanent, employed situation as well as a freelance artist.
