After receiving a few estimates from other companies for AC duct cleaning, I saw Iron Air on Thumbtack and I decided to get one more estimate, so I contacted them through Thumbtack. I received a call within 5 min of completing the project form. The call was professional and friendly. I didn't get the up-sales like the other companies trying to justify their higher prices. Iron Air was direct to the point with no fluff and made sure that no questions or concerns went unanswered. The total price for the same job (same details) I was quoted from the other companies was a fraction of the price! I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to schedule the job for the next morning. After hanging up, I immediately canceled my other estimates. I was very happy that Iron Air was not just trying to get my business, but made sure I would be provided the services that I needed. Tyler from Iron Air arrived at the earliest time for my scheduled time block, ready to work. He was very professional and friendly as well and explained the details of the services he would be providing. He was happy to answer all of my questions. The services provided by Tyler and Iron Air exceeded my expectations. He was thorough and cleaned up after. There wasn't even evidence that he had been there other than the fact of the very noticeable clean vents and clearer air circulation. As promised, everything that I was told would be provided, was provided with excellence.
I highly recommend Iron Air to anyone needing air ducts cleaned the right way at the right price. I will definitely use Iron Air again for any AC or duct work. Special thanks to Tyler and Iron Air! I am no longer concerned about my family breathing in dust and bacteria.

First, communication was great, and we were able to get a clear estimate quickly and easily. Our technician arrived on time and did a great job completing the rather monumental task of cleaning really dirty air vents and doing annual maintenance on our AC unit. Super professional and nice, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I asked them to put a sticker on our AC unit so I'd remember who to call next year (and in case of trouble). Highly recommended.

My experience with Iron Air was great. Joe was at my house to diagnose the issue within 2 hours of when I posted the project on Thumbtack. Turns out I had a refrigerant leak coming from the coil. Joe gave my my options for repairing my old unit and for replacing it with a new one. I ended up deciding to replace it. Joe’s guys were at my house the NEXT MORNING to install the new unit. The guys (James and I didn’t catch the other guy’s name) were super professional and got everything squared away quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and the 0% interest financing is certainly a bonus. Definitely recommend.
