FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of jobs involve replacing and programing lost or damaged keys to automobiles. Second would be repairs to auto locks followed by service to those locked out of their vehicles.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do business with an experienced locksmith with a local address who is licensed to do business in your area and carries insurance. Is the only phone # a cell phone , an 888 or 800 number ? ( if so getting service after the sale may be difficult) Find out whether the number you're calling is going directly to the local locksmith or to an out of state call center. Try to get a price estimate as exact as possible. You are trusting this person to help you protect your belongings , there are reputable locksmiths to be found locally , a trustworthy one will not mind you asking questions or checking credentials.
