What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending fitness classes. I am in the process of becoming certified in Praise Moves (tm) a Christian alternative to Yoga
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I don't want to retire. I want to work, but I want to work with something I would enjoy. Helping people get fit is rewarding. I have experienced it myself. I was a desk jockey for 27 years, had a bad back and was lazy. Now no back pain and can't wait to get going every day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the trainer is listing to you needs, and working with you to meet them.
