- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One client I worked with had a challenge with obtaining the right people for his office. I trained him on the DISC Profile, helped him developed a position description, compensation program, interview questions and interviewing skills. His hiring process has improved and his retention rate has improved as well. The office is more productive and is meeting sales goals.

Pay attention to the small details. Credibility, integrity, and creativity are must haves when dealing with personal and professional image challenges.
