- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies. I ask for half at the time of the event/shoot and the rest after the delivery of the final product
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like my customers to send me ideas, whether it be through Pintrest or any other social media. I keep a collection of their tastes in my phone to reference throughout the event. I usually start the editing process that night or the next morning. I am always excited to view my work and pick out a collection my customers are always pleased with. I create a total DVD compilation or Dropbox account of all the photographs, both raw and edited, for immediate viewing.

I just graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh online division for Digital Workroom December 2014.
