I am a beginner in yoga. I really loved Kristina's personal approach to teaching. She devoted time to explain breathing techniques, addressed each pose, made adjustments, so I could understand my body better. After several classes with her, I noticed improvement in my flexibility and endurance. I appreciate how she encouraged me to listen to my body and was supportive in each step. It was a great experience!
