Introduction: We assist out clients in starting their own health care business (ADCCs, ALFs, home health agencies, clinics, dialysis centers, CORFs, ORFs, and pharmacies/DMEs). We provide the clients with their policy and procedure manuals. We also assist in the accreditation process for those who choose accreditation as well as for those who are mandatory. Moreover, we do utilization reviews to analyze how their business is being managed and where their strengths and weaknesses are so that they can perfect their business and remain functioning with long-term viability.
