My wife and I just finished buying a house, and decided to hire 90 Degrees to paint. At first, we were very happy with their work. We were in a rush to move our things in due to a deadline with our pod that needed to be picked up. So our first review was more of a "glance." However, when we took a closer look, the painting wasn't done as well as we had originally thought. Fair is fair. They did a very good job painting our coffer ceilings in the living/dining room area. My wife and I were very happy with the way it came out. However, there were many walls left with spots that were not painted properly (i.e. you can still see the old color of paint). The quote were were given included painting the baseboards, door frames, and doors. They were never painted. They allowed paint to drip onto our tile floors which was never cleaned/scraped properly. My wife and I have had to get on our hands and knees to scrape off the drops of paint, and we have still not been able to finish. They used our kitchen sink to clean their brushes, which wasn't that big of a deal at the time, since we were having the kitchen remodeled. However, our appliances were BRAND NEW, and they somehow managed to splash water from their paint brushes on to our stainless steel dishwasher, and now, no matter how much my wife and I clean it, you can still see the water/paint stains/streaks on the dishwasher. Again, this was a BRAND NEW appliance. At my request, they did not paint the kitchen, because I wanted to have the renovations completed before painting the kitchen. After seeing all of the aforementioned, I decided to paint the kitchen myself after the renovations were complete. I really hate giving bad reviews, but it is what it is.

I don't believe this is an appropriate way to resolve, customer was suppose to reschedule a return to finish up details mentioned. They didn't allow us to finish the work due to a Kitchen remodeling which was scheduled in the middle of our project. Attempted to call customer to agree on return date, customer decided to do project on his own to save himself money. A simple call would have done it, customer still owes us 450.00 and decided to finish project on his own in order to safe himself the "hassle".
