- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take all credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash app, Venmo and cash. We also offer financing through our 3rd party partners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In home take off would be the first step and this is when we come into your home and measure every aspect of your project. We then provide the client with a proposal. This typically includes everything in the original take off and any additions that the client may like to include. After client accepts the estimate we take a small deposit to hold a date for install. As the date approaches we take a job deposit to order materials. Remaining balance owed are a per job basis.
