- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Uncontested divorce and immigration matters are billed at affordable fixed rates. Our discounted hourly rate of $185.00 per hour is affordable to most people looking to hire an attorney to assist with their legal matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a consult with the client to discuss the case, in person or remotely. Once hired, we prepare all legal documents and have client review and sign documents within one week. Once signed, we file the matter with the appropriate venue and case processing begins. During case processing, we continually provide client with updates until resolution of the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since graduating law school 17 years ago, I have represented parties in hundreds of divorce and immigration proceedings. The vast experience of representing clients from all different life spectrums each with their own unique situations, has given me valuable insights, insights I call experience.
