José was amazing, came to our home and my parents home for service call, he was punctual and very thorough after assessing our issue he determined it was not something electrical and actually gave us recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in the future. He was very kind soft spoken and explained everything that needed to be done. I wanted a new panel but he said it was not necessary but he could do an upgrade on some other things that would make it cheaper and safer for our home. Fix/replaced my Surface Mount Outlet for my dryer and I am happy.
