FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on proper evaluation of the electrical issue to ensure safety and code compliance. Final pricing is provided after evaluating the scope of work. I do not provide exact quotes without first assessing the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the details of the electrical issue and asking a few questions to understand the situation. Next, I schedule a visit to evaluate the problem and determine the safest and most effective solution. After assessing the scope of work, I explain the findings and provide clear recommendations. Once approved, I complete the work in a safe, clean, and code-compliant manner and make sure the customer is satisfied before closing the job. Clear communication is maintained throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in residential electrical work, including electrical troubleshooting, panel upgrades, breakers, outlets, switches, GFCI and AFCI devices. My training includes working with electrical codes, safety procedures, and proper installation practices to ensure reliable and code-compliant work. I continuously improve my skills by staying up to date with electrical standards and best practices.
