- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically a walkthrough of the property where the installation is planned to be performed is required. we need to know all the details of the installation to be able to give you an estimate. In some cases we can give you a close estimate, cases like small houses, single floor houses 1000-2000 sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the greetings, we need to schedule a visit to the House/Business then onsite we hear about your security needs and if you already have a plan we will help you evaluate it. after the scope of work and type of equipment has been decided we proceed to schedule a day and time for the installation. Typically a 50% advance is required
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business management degree, I have profound knowledge about the technology we work with. I have training in CCTV systems, Burglar alarm systems, and home automation. FASA-BASA certification.
