FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is fair and reflects the quality and care we put into every job. We don’t cut corners—we take pride in doing things right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a conversation—ideally in person—so I can walk the property with them, hear their concerns, and understand exactly what they’re looking for. I never require any money up front, because I believe trust is earned through quality work. Once the job is complete, I always follow up to make sure they’re satisfied with the results. My goal is to build long-term relationships by delivering reliable service and making sure every customer feels valued.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed the “Green Industries Best Management Practices” (GI-BMP) course, passed the exam, and earned certification, which qualifies me to apply for a fertilizer applicator license in the state of Florida. This training focused on environmentally responsible lawn care practices, including proper fertilization, pest control, and water conservation techniques. It’s important to me to not only deliver great results, but also to do so in a way that protects our local environment and complies with state regulations.
