Woke up to my AC being frozen over. JR was quick to respond and arrived on time on less than 2 hour from our initial call. He was able thoroughly resolve the issue the same day. He was professional, took his time to fix and explained the steps to me, and cleaned up after his work. Def will be calling him back for my normal AC maintenance.

Had an AC issue that needed fast attention, and they showed up ready to work. Clear communication, explained what was wrong without upselling nonsense, and got the system back up and running the same day. Price was fair, and I appreciated the respect and professionalism throughout the visit.
I’ve dealt with contractors in the past who waste time and overcharge — this wasn’t that. Solid experience from start to finish. Will definitely keep them in mind for future upgrades or full system replacement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary but for the most part we use a flat rate.
Telling prices over the phone is inaccurate that’s why we offer free estimates if the job is done at the moment of the visit in order to provide more educated estimates .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain everything to the customers before starting any work.
As a form of payments we accept cash ,credit cards , Zelle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Sheridan technical college and graduated as HVAC tech.
Since then I been keeping up with the lates technology when it comes to the HVAC business.
