Yalel arrived in time. He removed water leaking of AC by cleaning the drain and installed a water detector to prevent in the future water leaking caused by clog using automatic switch-off of the AC. Good job!

Yalel was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we had him come to provide us with an estimate, he came across as very honest and trustworthy. He gave us pricing options for a new A/C unit that were within our budget. He was very polite and respectful of our home, and left the house clean. What I liked most is that he paid attention to the details. Without being asked, he made sure to install the drain pan and an emergency switch so that we wouldn't have a leak from the A/C unit in the future. Since we had repairs done at the same time, he also went above and beyond to put in the new insulation that we had bought for our attic, around the A/C unit. I have had experience with many contractors and there are few that I would recommend. In this case, I would HIGHLY recommend Yalel to anyone who is in need of a new A/C unit, or repair. Thanks Yalel!

Yalel is very professional and I can easily recommend him to anyone!! He installed 4 new fans for us and despite difficulties (the fans are a 'modern' version and has different switch and remote) he continued to work to ensure everything was set up right. It ended up taking much more time than what he initially expected but he didn't complain nor expect additional payment.
Excellent service and someone who can do a wide variety of jobs. We will be hiring for additional services for AS and light spot installations.

Yalel was professional and knowledgeable. Came to my house in less than a hour and gave me a couple of options for my Ac to work 100% again. I decided to replace my system and he did a excellent job installing the equipment, he definitely pays attention to detail. He's my Ac guy from know on!

Yalel came dead on time and replaced two quite challenging ceiling fans onto my ceilings...he did a great job . It turned out a little more challenging because of my ceiling and took a little longer than he expected ...but he worked professionally and installed them perfectly . I paid a little more than agreed (because the job needed a lot more work than anticipated by Yalel) but he arrived at 11 pm and left at 2.30 and he did a great job so it was well worth it . I will definately use him again for my future electrical needs . VERY GOOD and KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING ! A very fair price for the amount of work too !
