Yalel called prior to his arrival and arrived promptly. He explored the problem and then explained it so that I could understand it. He went on to demonstrate the reason for the lack of air flow and estimated the amount of time and the cost it would take to correct the problem. Not only did he accomplish the job, but he also did it in such a manner that his work was efficient, quiet, and clean. I have no further need for service contracts with large, impersonal companies. I am confident that Yalel and his partner will maintain my air conditioner so that I don't have to suffer again through days of discomfort and failed appointments and poor workmanship. I finally found professionals on whom I can rely.
