This company is incredible! I was able to get the projects done the next day after I inquired and they arrived promptly and ready to work. With such class and expertise, they came to my home to complete one job and tacked on 2 more big projects without hesitation! We needed to switch out 5 “boob lights” for a new chandelier and some recess lighting. They also switched out an old fan for us. We ran into some issues due to my home’s funky electrical, but Ross sorted it out for us and got the job done. What impressed me the lost and left me feeling relieved was that They cleaned up after and took all the boxes and old fans/lighting fixtures to the trash for me. I was feeling so overwhelmed by the boxes and things everywhere and suddenly it was gone! They cleared it all for me! My home was left immaculate with nothing for me to do other than admire my new lighting. I highly recommend using this pro and we will be calling them again to put up exterior lights by our garage and fans on our patio. Thank you Ross and Cynthia!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key from both ends: the client and myself. -I would ask the client what is her/his/their best way to communicate with me (Thumbtack, text, phone call, in person). -I would also ask the client what type of project does/do he/she/them need help with, what are her/him/their expectations, timelines, and budget if there is one. -If the client is looking to get an estimate/quote for a new project, I would highly suggest her/him/them to schedule and appointment at her/him/their best time convenience. This way the client and I can discuss about the project more deeply, what materials would be needed, and suggestions for improvement. -A quote would be provided to the client based on his/her/their requests. After approval, the client and I would discuss the best day/time to start the project and ways of payment.

Education is the top priority on the work I do because due to that I have gained the expertise to excel on the services I offer. Some of the trainings I have are the following: -Electromechanical maintenance technician (residential, commercial, industrial). -Hydraulic and pneumatic technician (commercial and industrial). -Electrical engines training (commercial and industrial). -Electrical installation training (residential, commercial, industrial). How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was younger I always had the passion to the electrical and mechanical world. I started helping my mother with any electrical and plumbing issue on the house. When switches and outlets went off, and fans stopped working I was the one who repaired them. I pursued a career as an electrician in my home country, Colombia, to later on had the pleasure and opportunity to further my education and become an electrical and mechanical engineer. I always worked for electrical companies, but it was not until the begging of 2022 that I decided to do something on my own. So, I started my own company RGC Services Inc. in where I provide electrical and plumbing services.
