Just completed my third session with Mauro. I love that he customizes the program to the individual and adjusts it as he assesses your ability. I feel confident that Mauro will assist me with meeting my goals. He provides real-time feedback on form/results, ensures that you are doing the exercise correctly, and praises your accomplishments, which keeps you going. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is $60 an hour for Personal Training For groups, and boot camps however the rates do vary according to how many people participate. Pricing for Life Coaching is $150 an hour There are discounts for sessions purchased in bundles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I listen. I ask what their goals are and if/what they are currently doing about it. Then I take it from there, meet in person or continue talking over the phone about the program that I have in mind for that person. If they agree to start, then the fun begins. I do an initial assessment (physical and a medical check), free of charge, and take all their baseline measurements: heart rate, blood pressure, body fat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have Bachelor's In Physical Education- Sports and Fitness from Florida International University. I am also certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer. I have my Life Coach Certification- Certified Professional Coach from Fowler International School of Coaching. I am constantly learning and modifying my coaching/workouts to give my clients the best results.
