Hiring Laurence for our project was the BEST decision ever, he truly exceeded my expectations. It was a smooth journey from the beginning. Laurence responded to all of my emails in a very timely manner in a very professional way. We converted a 3/2 house into a 4/2 building an extra bedroom by using existing sqf., painted the entire interior of the house and had him assemble all new furniture items, hang artwork, place rugs and hang drapery. Before we started, he send me a detailed schedule, so I knew what was happening every single day. He showed up on time (always), and tidied up the house every day by 5pm, so when I came home with my son, there was no tools, screws, etc lying around and the mess was kept to a bare minimum. When unforeseen things came up, Laurence always addressed them right away and came up with a solution. He worked with a great team and we are so happy with the results. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a GC and I know we will reach out to him for any projects we might have in the future.

Great job. Professional. Nice. Really transformed our old bathroom into modern new bathroom. Quality was great. They were on time and finished on time. And can't beat the value. Very pleased with Laurence and his team's work.
