Our overall experience was good in that Luis was easy to work with and was very accommodating. He displayed professionalism and open communication from the beginning and throughout, and kept us informed of the progress or additional needs or emergent issues. He offered to assist with any and every related task that made us feel he would go the extra length to ensure we were satisfied with the overall project and could rely entirely on his assistance. Removing the bathroom tiles was a litte messy and he protected the floor right outside the work area; however, the dust unfortunately penetrated the adjacent room and furnishings which in hindsight, we hope could have been discussed and/or prevented.

Alberto and his team were at my house at 7:30 every morning and worked all day for days until the job was finished. They replaced drywall throughout my entire home b/c I had every single pipe replaced. After they replaced everything they molded and sanded all the surfaces until it was flush with the wall. They primed and painted large parts of my home after the drywall including two ceiling. It looked like my walls were never opened! I was extremely happy with the result after 4 long days of non stop hard work! Thank you Luis Alberto and thank you to your team! Fantastic Job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our costs proposals are based on the project scope and our knowledge, experience and Florida Code construction technical requirements, but we are willing discuss and evaluate the estimate with customer, clarifying doubts, being able to cost adjusts based on reasonable observations and modifications in the scope of the Project for adjust it to your budget. As well, we do special discount if the customer approves several types of construction project or refer another client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our working process start after we received the project requirement by Thumbtack app, we immediately reaching the customer to know and for clarify all scope and agree a visit inspection. Once we meet us know all project details, scope and conditions, our estimator elaborate the proposal quote and send it to him by email for his review and approval. Always keeping communication with customer response any questions or concerns regarding our estimate, doing the necessary adjust or modification based on reasonable observations and modifications in Project scope to satisfy the customer asking and expectations. After the quote approval by signed, we agree the execution plan and contract conditions.
