Kerry did a great job fixing varios issues I had in several rental apartments. He was extremely professional, and unlike most handyman out there in Miami, he was not trying to do more work than he needed to so he can charge more. He charged me hourly, a fair rate for all the work he did. He came by the same day I called him, which was a huge plus as a couple of the repairs were emergencies. I have a maintenance company and will definitely be keeping him on my speed dial for any issues arising in the future. Highly, highly recommend!
