Royal Mold Specialists responded quickly after some flooding in a rental property. They arrived on time, did an assessment, and had the necessary equipment with them to get the job done quickly. Professional encounter from initial contact until they were actually present for the job. They were able to come by the next day and messaged before heading my way with exact ETA and arrived within the initially stated timeline. I needed to check for possibility of mold and get an estimate and a report to present to my landlord for air testing and they helped me with that.
