I feel like I provide great tasting, well balanced dishes with a wide variety of cuisines ranging from a American, Asian, European etc. I've been able to execute parties ranging from 20 guests up to 200 guests. Familiar with servicing family style parties to small bite parties. I take great pride in every dish I create or recreate. I'm very open to new ideas and methods when executing a menu and willing to work in a team setting to make sure that the outcome at the end is not only a positive one but also a successful one.
